IWU MSN Graduation Requirements


Graduates of the IWU's Master of Science degree program in Nursing receive the same diploma as student graduates from the on-campus MSN program. These high standards are also maintained by IWU's faculty. In order to graduate, you must have successfully completed the courses in the MSN distance learning program to your instructors' satisfaction as listed below.


Graduating from the IWU MSN Degree Program


In order to graduate, you must complete the following requirements:
  • All credits required in the curriculum sequence, including your chosen major/specialization in either Nursing Education or Nursing Administration, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • A minimum grade of "C" unless otherwise noted
  • A minimum grade of "B" in every course in the major/specialization
  • Payment of all tuition and fees.
By meeting these requirements, you complete the IWU MSN degree distance learning program. You have also proven to yourself and others that you're a nursing professional who believes in attaining success through values-based living. Having discovered new talents and leadership skills, you now have the proven experience and credentials you need for an exciting and meaningful career in nursing administration or nursing education.
